We are looking for a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Social Studies Teacher to teach subjects such as History, Geography, Civics, and Economics. The teacher will help students understand society, culture, geography, and historical events while encouraging critical thinking and awareness of the world.
Teach Social Studies according to the school curriculum and timetable.
Explain topics related to History, Geography, Civics, and Economics.
Encourage students to understand society, culture, and global awareness.
Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, maps, and teaching materials.
Conduct tests, assignments, and assessments to evaluate student progress.
Encourage participation in projects, presentations, quizzes, and discussions.
Maintain lesson plans, attendance records, and academic reports.
Maintain discipline and create a positive learning environment in the classroom.
Participate in staff meetings, school activities, and training programs.
Bachelor’s Degree in Social Studies / History / Geography / Political Science or related field.
B.Ed or equivalent teaching qualification preferred.
Prior teaching experience in a school is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of social studies subjects and current affairs.
Good communication and classroom management skills.
Ability to make lessons interactive and engaging.
Passion for teaching and developing students’ awareness of society and history.
