Parents should first discuss the concern with the Class Teacher by seeking a prior appointment.
Most academic or classroom-related issues are resolved at this level.
If the concern is not resolved, parents may approach the Grade Coordinator.
The issue will be reviewed in detail and appropriate guidance will be provided.
If the matter still remains unresolved, parents may request a meeting with the Principal by seeking a prior appointment.
The school will examine the grievance carefully and work towards a fair and amicable solution.
Parents may be called for a meeting if required.
The decision of the Principal and School Management shall be final and binding.
Grievances are usually addressed within 1–2 working days.
All matters are treated with strict confidentiality.
Parents are requested to communicate concerns politely and constructively.
No child will face any disadvantage due to a grievance raised by parents.
