Parents’ Grievance Redressal Procedure

Our school values open communication and believes in resolving concerns in a fair, timely, and respectful manner.

Step 1: Approach the Class Teacher

  • Parents should first discuss the concern with the Class Teacher by seeking a prior appointment.

  • Most academic or classroom-related issues are resolved at this level.

Step 2: Contact the Grade Coordinator 

  • If the concern is not resolved, parents may approach the Grade Coordinator.

  • The issue will be reviewed in detail and appropriate guidance will be provided.

Step 3: Meet the Principal

  • If the matter still remains unresolved, parents may request a meeting with the Principal by seeking a prior appointment.

Step 4: Review and Resolution

  • The school will examine the grievance carefully and work towards a fair and amicable solution.

  • Parents may be called for a meeting if required.

Step 5: Final Decision

  • The decision of the Principal and School Management shall be final and binding.

Additional Guidelines

  • Grievances are usually addressed within 1–2 working days.

  • All matters are treated with strict confidentiality.

  • Parents are requested to communicate concerns politely and constructively.

  • No child will face any disadvantage due to a grievance raised by parents.
