We are looking for a dedicated and nurturing Mother Teacher for Grade 1 and Grade 2. The teacher will be responsible for handling the overall development of students by teaching core subjects, maintaining classroom discipline, and creating a supportive learning environment.
Teach core subjects such as English, Mathematics, and Environmental Studies (EVS) to Grade 1 and Grade 2 students.
Plan and deliver engaging and age-appropriate lessons as per the school curriculum.
Monitor students’ academic progress and provide individual attention when needed.
Maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning environment.
Prepare and maintain lesson plans, worksheets, and class records.
Conduct assessments, evaluate student work, and maintain progress reports.
Communicate regularly with parents regarding students’ progress and behavior.
Organize and support class activities, celebrations, and school events.
Ensure the safety and well-being of students at all times.
Work collaboratively with coordinators and other teachers.
Graduate with B.Ed / Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) preferred.
Prior experience teaching Primary classes (Grade 1 or Grade 2) is an advantage.
Strong communication and classroom management skills.

Good organizational and planning skills.
